The synergy for Fulminating Rune morph is hardly noticeable

Maybe I'm wrong of course, but it seemed to me that this skill is hardly noticeable for synergy. For example, for all other classes, skills have VISIBLE skill boundaries (for example, you can wait until there are more mobs within its boundaries and then activate it). Another disadvantage is that this skill is simply not visible visually where it is located, you need to randomly approach that point and oh, we suddenly get a notification about synergy.
Therefore, I suggest two things:
1) visible boundaries for applying synergy
2) a highly visible visual mark at the point of activation synergy of the skill

    the visible skill boundary thing doesnt apply to any synergy, it only applies on ground dots

    there are a lot of synergies which would use an update on targeting though, trapping webs (and morphs) synergy, soul tether synergy etc

    normally i just hit the button on the synergy when i see it come up, but a lot of the synergies which require directly targeting an enemy are hard to use, while other ones which can be hit anywhere (orbs, solar prison, cleansing ritual, etc) are much easier to use

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    You are talking about else. I’m saying that the synergy should be visible, like that of the same Agony Totem: a tombstone sticks out there = the player sees this synergy and can activate it or just come closer and activate it, and not just ignore the Fulminating Rune.

    You are talking about else. I’m saying that the synergy should be visible, like that of the same Agony Totem: a tombstone sticks out there = the player sees this synergy and can activate it or just come closer and activate it, and not just ignore the Fulminating Rune.

    the agony totem synergy is not based on you being near the totem, and that skill itself has the visible area, you do not have to be in that area to trigger the synergy, you can actually be a bit outside of it and still get the synergy

    what im saying is that the synergy itself still does not have a telegraph area, and it is not the same as the base skill

    i also referenced many other skills which have synergies that do require targets, that have 0 telegraphs that the synergy is even available

    for example the trapping webs synergy, you definitely do not have to be in the area but the enemy does, and you have to be targeting the enemy to get it to work (so its never even clear something can trigger except when you briefly see the synergy pop up) (this synergy is far far harder to trigger than the rune synergy)

    it would be nice if synergies did have a little more obvious activation cues or where/when you could trigger certain synergies because its not consistent on the ranges for the synergies

    Some of the Undaunted synergies are even worse than described as you also have to be over a certain range away (IIRC it's 22 meters) from the target location to even get the UI prompt. No other synergies are crippled by such a stipulation.

    And then let's also not forget that synergy UI is broken completely and that it only shows up to 3 users at a time even if more than 3 users satisfy their proc conditions. This has been broken for so long now that it's basically just intended design or something. Except that it was a stealth-nerf that was never announced if so.
