Update 39: Gold Coast Experience Scrolls still not stacking after the patch

@ZOS_GinaBruno The 1-hour 50% Gold Coast Experience Scrolls (i.e., the ones acquired from Twitch Drops) are still not stacking with other scrolls of the same type.
You can see that these two stacks of 3 share the same item ID because the game's inventory-stock indicator in the upper-right of the item tooltip correctly identifies that there are 6 scrolls total in my housing chest. But after pressing "Stack All Items", they still are still in two separate stacks, even though other previously-unstackable items were stacked. It seems that this item in particular was missed by the stacking fix in Update 39.

WIZZARD2K✭✭✭Is there any reason these two scrolls can't be combined, or one get converted from one to the other? Their effects and bound-ed-ness seem to be the same.
