I would agree. ZOS should be balancing "upward", not reducing dmg/buffs on sets. Just continue in an upward motion, and most should be satisfied.
I cant agree here. If Zos dont nerf these sets, then they need to buff every single other ability. Imagine buffed assasins will, or molten whip, or jesus beam.
If 2 things out of 10 are OP and 8 out of 10 are underperforming, you are not buffing 8, it's way too risky.1 -

✭✭I'm getting so tired of dying to proc sorcs. They are every where. Even gankers don't do this much damage.
What has sorc got to do with it? Any class should be able to outlast a sorc running Masters DW/Vateshran meta sets and easily kill them using the same build 100% of the time.
The best class for playing the meta is Warden. One of the worst classes for playing the meta is Sorc.
DK and NB are strong enough on their own to skip the meta.
My sorc & NB use bow, shattered fate x 10, mythic, trainee. Does just fine and has the benefit of staying out of range of all those nasty proc builds. . My DK just out heals or mitigates the damage. My arcanist heals thru it. Don't play my Necro any more.
