Meln the Mouthless is mouthless - Audio files missing?

I was playing the Necrom Mainquest and had a lot of stages where Melns dialogue was not present. Also the overland music cuts out for long times on end in the Telvanni Peninsula and sometimes in Apocrypha. I mean I don't mind over much. But it sometimes feels as if there are missing files.
