Necrom - Missing Voice Acting?

So since the latest patch I think, Scruut and Meln the Mouthless just have no voice acting in any of their dialogue, though I could swear they had it before. I'm on PC EU, and have some add-ons (Action Duration Reminder, Harvest Map, LoreBooks, Vampire's Woe), but they are all up to date and I definitely had them active when the Chapter was released and I don't recall there being any issues with them. I have restarted the game a bunch of times, tried disabling and enabling the add-ons, but nothing worked. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Not just lost voices, but also the entire background music in Necrom in missing (I dont know if its for everybody like that, but I am on PC/EU). I really dont understand how this issue is not worth a quick fix, 1 complete month without background music... This is more than disappointing.
