Just tried to play the game (08:00 BST) and got the above message when connecting.
I played yesterday and completed the weekly endeavor with my Warden, solo.
I received an eMail saying "this account has been caught cheating"
What is going on? I have done nothing wrong. I have never cheated in my life.
Gutted.

    Put in an appeal for the ban. Lots of people on ps eu are being affected by it. I think its related to the bug a few weeks ago with endeavors resetting in reapers march

    I complete the endeavors every day. Only once did one reset, and not in Reapers March.
    And where do we all appeal?

    I haven't had to appeal myself, but I think it would be via raising a ticket on the ESO website. Not sure if replying to the email received would also work

    I submitted a ticket, what good that will do.
    I PAID for one month ESO Plus on 24th July, 2023, and then the free trial starts, and now permanently banned for no reason. Seriously stressed and gutted. This is a life shortening experience.

    Yes, and not just me but hundreds of others too.
    ESO is going to lose players. It's all over YouTube as well.
