Had this issue starting a bit over two days ago. I submitted a ticket to support, after nine hours of a day they ignored it and went to bed. The next morning a 'expert' helpfully showed me where the publicly posted troubleshooting information was. They assumed I'm incapable of reading?
Day 1 I tried all trouble shooting methods, to include making new email accounts for the sole purpose of fixing this.
Day 2, I followed their expert advice and did the same with no effect. I've again asked support for actual support, not lip service. Guessing they'll send me to another page to 'try these'.
