Everytime I try to log in it keep asking for a verification code but never sends it.

    I also am not getting any confirmation codes. I have checked my email address, the spam & trash folders, made sure the address was added to the safe section & nadda, I even changed my email address entirely & tried again & still nothing!

    what the heck is this nonsense? & why can't I even log in to the game I just dropped 200 bucks on to play? (well 177 CAD but close enough hehe)

    like if you want to add 2 factor authentication to the accounts just do it already & stop screwing around with these stupid email codes that never work!

    Had this issue starting a bit over two days ago. I submitted a ticket to support, after nine hours of a day they ignored it and went to bed. The next morning a 'expert' helpfully showed me where the publicly posted troubleshooting information was. They assumed I'm incapable of reading?

    Day 1 I tried all trouble shooting methods, to include making new email accounts for the sole purpose of fixing this.

    Day 2, I followed their expert advice and did the same with no effect. I've again asked support for actual support, not lip service. Guessing they'll send me to another page to 'try these'.

    I had this same problem, turns out i was typing in my password incorrectly and for whatever reason, some smooth brained, room temp IQ dev decided NOT to put any sort of notification in that you were indeed typing in the wrong password & it just happily pops up the "we sent you a email code, go get it" dialog box, even tho, they never actually sent any code, cause you put the wrong password in.

    it's like PEAK gaslighting!

    anywho, I would double check the password you are using is indeed correct, otherwise support was entirely unhelpful in my regard too.
