Magicka Flood still needs to be updated to something that doesn't just encourage people to put their attributes into magicka instead of stamina.

Ive always been thinking why they didnt change this passive to 6% stamina and magicka when they hybridized things. Also why does Soul Siphon (defencive heal morph) still have a cast time!!?? Its like if they put cast time on restoult...it wouldnt save anyone.
