Molten Armaments bugged or invisible effect.

Hello community,
I'm playing a DK tank/dps bla bla bla and I use Molten Weapons and morphed it to be Molten Armaments (the one that increase the crit chance for 6 seconds after activation)
But I've decided to try it and check if it actually increased my weapon critical. In the 'C' or Character button I have the stat for Critical Strike. And I've used the skill then checked my Critical Strike and no increase no nothing.
I've search here with Molten Armaments keywords and found nothing. So either I'm not understanding how this buff works or it's bugged and no one noticed it.
Anyway I'd like some input on that buff if anyone else is having the same problem.

bggoetzb16_ESOSoul Shriveni have noticed alot of bugs with skills. this is yet another one i have noticed.
