@ZOS_Kevin -- can we get a fix for the Flame Blossom bug that is procc'ing three times with elf bane? an example is in this video at 18:30 ---unless this is intended as is to proc as such of course, thank you

Flame blossom set procs once to create the line of flame, as it moves forward along the ground it can sometimes hit larger enemies twice (which is by design, it's fire moving at a certain rate and the dummies are standing in the fire) and it always applies the burning status effect. Burning is normally a 4 second dot dealing damage at 0, 2, & 4s... with elf bane it's a 9 second dot so you get two more burning damage ticks.
He's talking about a "triple proc" while also casting a bunch of skills, without some type of PC combat metrics I can't tell what's going on. Is there some detail that I'm not seeing or is it clarified somewhere else? Thanks...3
