Received my Prime Gaming Rewards 10 days after claiming them

Hi people,

10 days ago I claimed the Dragon Bundle #2 from Prime Gaming. I had problems witht the platform before with the #1 bundle and I solved them by unlinking and linking again the Prime account to TESO. But with the Dragon Bundle #2 something different happened. I claimend the rewards on Aprill 11th, but I didn't checked that I got the elements in my collection (because I assumed that they were there). Today I got an email telling me that I successfully reedemed the code for the bundle, 10 days after that. This got me with my guard down and I checked if something was wrong with my account, but everything's fine. Could it be a delay with the redemption or some kind of error? Did this happened to someone else?

If you've not received anything within 24 hours, you can go ahead and open a ticket with customer support.

Yeah, as said, I've received them today, 10 days later. Is that even possible? Thanks for the help.

Yes it is possible, as sometimes there can be delays depending on incoming volume slowing the process down. If you have any further issues please let us know.
