10 days ago I claimed the Dragon Bundle #2 from Prime Gaming. I had problems witht the platform before with the #1 bundle and I solved them by unlinking and linking again the Prime account to TESO. But with the Dragon Bundle #2 something different happened. I claimend the rewards on Aprill 11th, but I didn't checked that I got the elements in my collection (because I assumed that they were there). Today I got an email telling me that I successfully reedemed the code for the bundle, 10 days after that. This got me with my guard down and I checked if something was wrong with my account, but everything's fine. Could it be a delay with the redemption or some kind of error? Did this happened to someone else?
