Looking for amour set I might have imagined

I am absolutely convinced I once saw a set of gear that increased weapon & spell damage based on how much unspent ultimate you had.

I've searched Google, ESO Sets, and UESP. I'll be darned if I can find it.

Did I imagine this 5 piece? Is there such armour in the game?

I can only find ones that do what you're talking about for ultimate SPENT.

Monster Set (1 item) Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
(2 items) When you use an Ultimate ability, you gain Weapon and Spell Damage equal to the amount of total Ultimate consumed, and Physical and Spell Penetration equal to 23 times the amount for 12 seconds.

as far as i recall, there is no set that works off unspent ultimate

there is a cp passive that gives you health recovery based on current ultimate (unspent)

there are also sets that give you bonuses based on how low your mag (bahsei) or stam (coral riptide) are

there are also sets which work based on spending ultimate (as noted balorgh, but also sets like lamia, pillager, almost every set from HOF trial, saxheel and a few others)
