Hi, I hope someone here can help. I am posting this on behalf of my friend, who has recently come out of hospital after 9 1/2 months, 2 of which were in a coma,and where he also suffered a stroke. He is now back home and recovering well, and wanted to get back to playing ESO. Unfortunately he has forgotten his password, and the answer to his security question. His account has remained active all the time he has been away (he never stopped the monthly payments).is there anyway that he can get his account recovered?
