No, because the law courts suddenly overturn the existing laws, rendering all the legal protections the companies have useless. Which makes companies a trifle nervous.What, because they have to abide by the EU rules?! Oh noes! We have to abide by laws THAT PROTECT CONSUMERS in order to get access to a population of SEVEN HUDNRED AND THIRTEEN MILLION PEOPLE! MORE THAN THE POPULATION OF THE US TWICE OVER! Its not just Germany, its the EU as a whole.
Not saying the law shouldn't protect the public, just that every action has an opposing reaction. And yes as a player in the EU I understand that it affects me too.
