epoling✭✭✭✭They said from the outset that the EU server would be moved sometime "soon" after the launch. "Soon" is fuzzy. You can't impose your definition of that word on a large company. More patient people realize that "soon" can mean up to a couple of months after release. Just because you didn't read up first and are now impatient does not really make it Zenimax /Behtesda's problem. It isn't fraud if they gave (and are giving) information up front. It just makes you a bad consumer.

a server is 1st a piece of hardware, propably a blade
2nd its software, software running on the hardware
3d there may be special hardware because of the mega server
the special hardware would be fast physical interconnects
like 10gbit ethernet in a 3d so servers would have to be physicly close
mini supercomputer like
but still the servers would be like 100-1000 in a server farm of 100 000
we got serverfarms of 1 million in europe, specilally in scandinavia cause cooling is cheaper
