I prefer Wealth Evaluator (https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1559-WealthEvaluator.html) because it also factors in:
- Motifs
- Furniture recipes
- Provisioning recipes
Given that the prices of some of the motifs and recipes are eye-watering and there are so many of them it gives a better overall picture.

Them being bound definitionally makes them have 0 gold value in the context of player selling prices. No trade means no gold. TTC doesn't track "sentiment".
