Will changing ESO account address make me lose anything if it will differ from my Xbox address?

I have email address A for ESO account and same address A for Xbox account.
It I keep email address A on Xbox account but I change to address B my ESO account, will I lose my progress and/or purchases?

Please clarify to me, cause I really need to know so I don't throw away my 7 years of playing ESO...

Changing the account information on your ESO account will not affect your characters or progress.

@ZOS_Bill is it the same for content purchased via Xbox account? Like DLCs, crowns, etc...?
I will be able to access everything still, right?

The same should apply, as updating account information does not effect entitlements on the account.
