This, definitely. I don't like PvP (got burned out on it after playing years on an Everquest PvP server) and I really don't like having to do PvP to get something I really need. I currently do Cyrodil just enough to get the horse speed upgrade ... which fortunately means just the basic training.

I don't like dungeons, but I have to do dungeons to get leads. A couple I have done, many I have not, even though that means there are mythics I'll not get until I decide to suffer through them. When doing something you don't enjoy the RNG can really make it painful (30+ times on the engine guardian to get the last ebon wolf mount lead I needed).

As such, I'd love PVP leads as it is content I enjoy, and if there were PVP leads then everyone gets to make a choice on if it is worth doing something you don't like because you want the item.
