Just got the same problem. When I tried to log in, the game asked me for a code and sent it to my email, but when I tried to enter it, it said it was incorrect and cannot get a new one for 23 hours. Now my account is locked for "many failed attempts".

I am also having this issue and have been locked from the game for more than 5 days. I have a ticked in already # 230124-003937 and replied to zos many times. IN total more than 5 emails and no reply from zos. not being able to telephone, or webchat, apart from waiting for tickets is sooooo frustrating. receving a missive in a ticket response and no follow is pretty bad. Very unfair. Can someone help with what i need to do for next steps?
