How long does it take to get a code from email? My account was suddenly locked.

Just got the same problem. When I tried to log in, the game asked me for a code and sent it to my email, but when I tried to enter it, it said it was incorrect and cannot get a new one for 23 hours. Now my account is locked for "many failed attempts".

It appears someone was trying to access multiple ESO accounts. ZOS made some changes to their security.

I am also having this issue and have been locked from the game for more than 5 days. I have a ticked in already # 230124-003937 and replied to zos many times. IN total more than 5 emails and no reply from zos. not being able to telephone, or webchat, apart from waiting for tickets is sooooo frustrating. receving a missive in a ticket response and no follow is pretty bad. Very unfair. Can someone help with what i need to do for next steps?
