Can we get an official response in here to clarify some things for OP? They seem to be confused on the nature of what animation canceling is and are taking it out by being toxic to other players.
There is an explanation on how to do part of the AC in the game. That makes it extremely official. Then there is the actual official statement Zenimax made on the subject of AC in which they said it was here to stay though they may make changes to it, and they have.
Cannot get more official than all of that, and I do not see a reason why Zenimax has to keep repeating themself.
