I like killing better than robbing. More fun for me.

That's how I feel about it. I've done both here in ESO and in Skyrim, and in both, I'm just saying to myself, "Why should I waste my time trying to steal stuff from people and not get caught, when I can just off them completely and take their stuff?"

You're battling and killing everyone and everything else in sight all over the place in the games and taking stuff, so what's the difference?

Players who care for things like stories and lore and who roleplay or at least immerse themselves into the world know.

    Malacar Sunavarlas, Altmer Ayleid vampire

I was hoping these 2 zones would eventually have even more dlc in the form of story quests , seems a waste they only have 1 story to tell
I prefer one or the other for vastly different things, but when it comes to Zone Quest, and Characters Thieves Guild hands down.
I enjoyed Heists moreso than Black Sacraments.
As for actual Zone, and World Bosses-Gold Coast.
Side quests-kind of tied for me, I liked how thieves guild ones were helping your fellow members, I found the ones with Walks-Softly particularly amusing, and Gold Coast had one of my favs-The Sweetroll Killer-got to "work" with both Naryu, & Raz

Now I suspect I found something rare, an quest I has not done.

And they tend to not expand on optional dlc, first up its limit the marked you need to own the dlc and has done the quest.
Second coding get more complex, now that if you have ESO+ but buy the deepened dlc for the the bundled mount.
    Now ESO+ expires.
Don't get me wrong would love an expansion on these two dlc.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

In terms of attainable passives, DB is much more useful, so DB gets my vote.

All this love for the Thieves Guild... I remember when they both came out and the consensus at the time was the Dark Brotherhood was the superior storyline of the two.

Curious to see what changed as I personally regard the Dark Bortherhood story as almost as good as the one from Oblivion.

    I finished both lines
I found the Dark Brotherhood Black Sacrament quests irritating more than fun
The whole thing just seemed too grim for me

I am a 72 year old player here in ESO for last 8 almost nine years. What could be better than Blade of Woe?

The thought of Grandma assassinating NPCs with the Blade of Woe is both awesome and terrifying

I’m pretty sure the reason Dark Brotherhood was so fun; was because of all of the other amazing changes they made to the game with that patch that had us in a better mood to view it, Dark Brotherhood brought Poisons, and a host of Stamina morphs to classes that only had Magicka abilities prior.

Thieves Guild patch didn’t really bring anything super innovative while providing one of the most toxic meta’s I’ve ever seen, the heavy armor Constitution rework leading us into the Black Rose patch.

Personally I found The Dark Brotherhood more fun, since it required some serious skill to not get caught with such drastic violations of the law. Since I main a vampire too, it just seemed much more fitting to the lore of my character. I really enjoyed the story of both, but I just preferred the mechanics and passive skills that DB brought into the game. When it comes to the ending, I found DB much better.

Thieves Guild has a trial and the quest progress is not locked behind a skill line daily grind.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

Thieves Guild had you leveling it up each time you wanted to do more quests too, run it back.
