I just want this fixed. Every time a small group of Vamps mass spams bat swarm and wipes an entire raid I tell myself this is the last time no more PvP with the only issue being that then I figure they have won.
The number of people who have quit PvP and possible this game due to the Vamp exploit mounts every day. Unless the Dev's do something very soon they wont have any non Vamps PvPing and those new players who think about it will be still at a huge disadvantage looking at the Vamps in full PvP elite gear with full PvP passives stacked up they still wont stand a chance.
We all know its an exploit so why are the people not abusing this broken game mechanic being banned?

Is the very fact they are a vampire in Cyrodil an exploit or are they abusing some unintended mechanic in the game beyond using a skill the devs put in (I am a WW btw but I am following these topics to try and establish what exactly is happening).
People shouldn't be banned for the fact a skill was overpowered, but honestly I do agree if it is that bad they should disable it immediately.

actually, the skill is fine the way it is.l-wilson-1986b16_ESO wrote: »People shouldn't be banned for the fact a skill was overpowered, but honestly I do agree if it is that bad they should disable it immediately.
... But the last few days in PvP have been an utter joke with the Vampires. Something has to change.
then lets hope they wont fix problems "the lazy way" by just changing numbers instead of fixing the real problem, just to avoid it for a few weeks. Was having a conversation with a gamemaster in game earlier and I'll tell you what I told him. Instead of trying to play wackamole that we currently see when balance changes happen (yes it isn't like wackamole but it seems that way from a player standpoint at times) if they addressed the ability to stack stats within the game.
What they should do is the highest modifyer for that stat takes precedence for that stat so that stacking of stats is no longer an issue. The current system feels very limiting as we need to stack certain things (which tends to abuse them like the vamp ult as an example) to feel powerful. With my proposed change it would allow a greater customization rather than pigeon hole certain upgrades into one or two things (ulti reduction and fire resist for vamps).
Thats pretty much the gist of what I was talking to him about. Nice guy and greatful for all the things they are doing.

I had to stop playing the game too, because i simply cant play with all the broken things. Im a Vamp-Nightblade, that should say it all...the two most bugged silltrees, where 90% is simply not working.
PVE? nope, broken abilities, cant deal enough damage without a shield.
PVP? the place where NB Mechanics wont even work...no skeak, no cloak, no stun...

I have a lvl 40 vamp assassin nightblade and the only time I run into an issue is with Harvester Daedra. Those are the only ones I have issues with. Any other obstacle and I blow through it.

Im v10, you CAN play a NB through the normal content with ease, veterancy content has some spots where it is just "nope".
But that doesnt change the fact that the NB could be way better if he would work.
Currently most passives do not work, most of our debuffs do not work, critical strike enhancements wont work (dont take "The Shadow", it decreases critical damage instead of increasing it) ... the list of "what is not working" is very long.
One of the few reasons why you can play a NB through the content is cloak+permastun. Without it, NB would be a real pain in the...
Sure, all classes have some bugs, NB has just twice the amount of bugs that all the others have combined^^then lets hope they wont fix problems "the lazy way" by just changing numbers instead of fixing the real problem, just to avoid it for a few weeks. Was having a conversation with a gamemaster in game earlier and I'll tell you what I told him. Oh I am not disagreeing that the class has quite a few bugs in it. It, however, is not a special flower in that regard. There are quite a few classes that have bugs where skills or traits are not working properly or working too well. I have not seen an issue with unable to attack since the last patch which was supposed to fix that and it seems it did. I know we want them to fix things quickly, but not only are they having to fix bugs, they are having to combat gold farmers which cause their own issues by introducing lag into the system so they have to try to combat that as well as try to figure out what is causing things to desync at times. Heck...I had to complete the vamp quest at 25 on my sorc with no vamp skills to complete it. I sent in a ticket because nothing I did (uireload, reset, relog) would fix it but I was able to complete it even with that handicap. There are quests that are still uncompletable. You can successfully play your character, but you may be handicapped but you can still play it successfully as there are V10 NB's out there. You can brag about it later as it will be an accomplishment six months from now when they ahve everything fixed and people are complaining its too easy.

The "unable to attack" was fixed for me when a dropped out "Flurry" from my build.
For the Vamp quest i swapped out the skills for my normal setup, you actually dont need them, you dont even need to feed on the targets, just kill them.
For me it would be allready enough if they would fix the "Armor Reducing" debuffs that the NB can give (Surprise Attack, Reapers Mark) and Cloak in PVP (so that i can maybe fight equally agaisnt bashers, whippers and lightsspear...ers?)
And if they fix the problem with Vampires Drain that wont work agaisnt stun-immune or allready stunned targets, and fixing the fact that you can feed on bosses when using cloak...that would also be great.
Oh, and on top of that, you need to remove their AP/ranks as well as they have successfully exploited multiple bugs to unfairly gain advantage over a point system implemented by you.

Rofl another twilight kiddo scared that Zeni will nerf hes exploit build, and he wont be able to kill lvl 10 alone:) More caps, kiddo, not gonna help you, nerf on way already, enjoy while you can
I cant even exit a keep without running into a shield based Vampire spamming bats like a ***.
Your bug ridden game has robbed me of the desire to play it because of these tools that you allow to go unbidden until you fix the very problems you caused.
Getting sick of your *** ZoS.

So you are telling me to waste money? That is your advice?

That person is telling you that ZOS is aware of the issue and will fix it within a couple weeks.
