Won't it change for the megaservers also ? They're both in locations which have daylight savings, I thought ? So if the daily reset time is at a fixed GMT offset, then the times will have to change twice annually.It will change for YOU, not for the game.PC(Steam) / EU / play from Melbourne, Australia / avg ping 3901 -

This means all you need to be aware of is the basic way your clocks reflect UTC at any given moment.
So - going off the 3am EU dailies reset we find that:
If you live in New York City, for example, you are UTC -4 currently. When your clocks change on Sunday you're back to good old UTC -5. The dailies themselves will never ever change - but your relevance to their time will.
If you live in Germany, you're going to be +1 UTC. Come March, it'll move to UTC +2 when CET is replaced with CEST. If the dailies were at 4am for you, they'll move to 5am.
If you live in an area without daylight savings, the reset times will be the same all year round for you because, again, they are based upon UTC and not a place on earth.
Based in Perth, Australia? Then it's currently +8 UTC for you (dailies resetting at 11am). Come April time you'll be out of daylight savings and into +7 UTC so it's 10am reset for them now.
So you'll only ever need to know how to calculate your timezone against UTC, not against another place on earth like ZOS headquarters.2
