A Bug is an Insect that sucks up it's food (like a fly for example).
Wasps chew their food, they have mouthparts that grind up their food, they can't and don't suck.
Ergo This can't literally be a Bug.

You may have missed the point.Wasps are indeed insects, btw.

Hemiptera???? /hɛˈmɪptərə/ is an order of insects most often known as the true bugs (cf. bug), comprising around 50,000–80,000 species[2] of cicadas, aphids, planthoppers, leafhoppers, shield bugs, and others.AlexDougherty wrote: »LolFairydragon3 wrote: »Science WAR!You may have missed the point.Wasps are indeed insects, btw.
I wasn't saying they aren't insects.
I was saying they Aren't bugs.
There is a scientific definition for Bugs.
And it isn't "is an insect"AlexDougherty wrote: »A Bug is an Insect that sucks up it's food (like a fly for example).

Sorry man, it was a duck, "MAAAAMAAAAAA"
Real wasps would paralyse you, drag you into a safe cave and then lay their eggs on you.
Wasp babies are born as Larva, not fully formed. And they would devour you while you are still alive, then pupate into wasps.
They would not see you as a maternal figure, just a fresh meal.
That said, I quite like the way they follow you around in game

I've returned to that same spot to see if I could get myself another egg but, alas, no more baby wasp pets have spawned.
