I did one with a poison master alchemy writ and got no credit. So I tried a potion alchemy writ and this time I did get credit. I concluded that maybe they don’t consider poisons as consumable, since they are, er, poisonous? But it sounds as if other folks did get credit for poison writs…something is definitely buggy here.
Adding that the tooltip is also so misleading as to be incorrect, as it gives potions, food, and drink as examples rather than the only acceptable options. They should not say “like” those items when those are the only items they accept. They should remove the word “like” and state clearly that those are our only options. It’s the same error as using e.g. when i.e. is meant.
If it’s anything like which skills proc which sets (Resolving Vigor does not proc Seventh Legion), or which particular dungeons satisfy the endeavor to complete those (Crypt of Hearts does not), these writs are all hard coded, so it’s possible they mis-flagged a particular poison writ as being able to complete the endeavor. It’s also possible they meant to flag poisons and enchantments but didn’t complete it properly.
