[PS4] Buttons on controller do not work after using wayshrine to travel

Well, no buttons except the PS button and the sticks. Basically, travel into High Isle or Craglorn or Vvardenfell, can move around but no other buttons work. Not the menu, X, etc. Prompts to talk to NPCs or companions pop up, but X does not work. Had a normal dungeon queue pop up during one yesterday, could not interact with it. Have to use the PS button to close application and start over.
It doesn't happen a lot but enough to remember. And no, I have not filled out a ticket as, again, no buttons work to do a screen capture or report when it does happen.
