Blocked from accessing support

It seems that I've been blocked from accessing support in ESO. When I submit a ticket through the game or the support website I don't get a notification and it doesn't appear in 'My Support'. How can I get help for this if I can submit a ticket?

    @ZOS_Kevin This definitely seems to be an issue and I'm not sure what the work-around is.

    I wonder if I've been blocked from support for submitting too many tickets. I have a pretty low tolerance for racism and other serious abuse in chat and I usually report it. I hate to think I've been silenced and denied help for actually reporting abuse.

    You probably abused support calls for non-essential reasons. Because of your actions, ZOS employees wasted time and could not help other people who needed real help

    Are you sure you can access the email attached to your account? You should check that to be sure, as if you get no emails from support that could be part of the issue.

    As much as i remember, support doesn't discuss disciplinary actions - there won't be anything in "my support". At best email may be sent to say "Thank you for bringing attention for (insert issue here) our teem will look on it...".

    (And they don't ban people right away just because one ticket is send, usually happens on bulk.)
