Your first suggestion is a bit weird. How would the mythic know which set to complete? Or would it complete any set that's at 3/5? The Indomitable Heart - Chestpiece
- Counts as 2 items for other set bonuses with 3 items or greater. It doesn't affect Monster sets or arena weapons, everything else is fair game.
Grips of the Puppet Master - Gloves
- Increases the health of your pets by 30%
- Increases the damage done by your pets by 20%
- Increases the duration of your temporary pets by 20%
- Reduces the resource cost of your pets by 10%
- Reduces the damage taken by your pets by 10%
Unbound Unbroken Unification - Necklace
- Allows you to wear two other Mythic Items
- Drains 3% of your maximum health every 2 seconds while in combat
- Drains 3% of your maximum magicka every 2 seconds while in combat
- Drains 3% of your maximum stamina every 2 seconds while in combat
- All Mythic items are disabled if you fall below 20% of your maximum health, magicka, or stamina.
- This bad boy needs sustenance in order to function.
Deadkeepers Chain (PvP Mythic)
- When you kill an enemy player inflict Grasp of the Keepers for 2 minutes. Should this enemy player be revived they instead explode dealing 25000 oblivion damage to enemies 8 meters around them. Only one enemy can can be inflicted with Grasp of the Keepers at a time, and this effect can be purged from dead bodies.
- You can no longer revive allies or be revived by allies.

Very cool idea. The de-buff would make it unusable in PvP, so no one would abuse it, but as for PvE - the "werewolf timer pauses when out of combat" part sounds amazing !
Ring of Hircine
- Buff: With Werewolf Transformation and its morphs equipped you gain Minor Brutality, Savagery, and Resolve at all times and the werewolf timer pauses when out of combat.
- Debuff: Adds a 10% stacking weakness to Fighter's Guild skills under Skilled Tracker and a 15% more poison damage (stacking) at all times.
TLTR: minor buffs added to the wolf's three slotted major buffs and a unique buff in exchange for a total of 30% weakness to Fighter's Guild skills and 15% weakness to poison in human form 40% weakness in wolf form.
