Disclaimer: I have 4 in Scrying and 3 in Excavation, these would benefit me in no way as I find the activity boring.

The Indomitable Heart - Chestpiece
- Counts as 2 items for other set bonuses with 3 items or greater.
- Ultimate use is disabled, all ultimate gains are zero.
- It doesn't affect Monster sets or arena weapons, everything else is fair game.

Grips of the Puppet Master - Gloves
- Increases the health of your pets by 30%
- Increases the damage done by your pets by 30%
- Increases the duration of your temporary pets by 20%
- Reduces the resource cost of your pets by 20%
- Reduces the damage taken by your pets by 20%
- Reduces your own damage done by 30%

Unbound Unbroken Unification - Necklace
- Allows you to wear two other Mythic Items
- Drains 3% of your maximum health every 2 seconds while in combat
- Drains 3% of your maximum magicka every 2 seconds while in combat
- Drains 3% of your maximum stamina every 2 seconds while in combat
- All Mythic items are disabled if you fall below 20% of your maximum health, magicka, or stamina.
- This bad boy needs sustenance in order to function.

    Deadkeepers Chain (PvP Mythic)

    - When you kill an enemy player inflict Grasp of the Keepers for 2 minutes. Should this enemy player be revived they instead explode dealing 25000 oblivion damage to enemies 8 meters around them. Only one enemy can can be inflicted with Grasp of the Keepers at a time, and this effect can be purged from dead bodies.

    - You can no longer revive allies or be revived by allies.
    PvP needs more love.

    Your first suggestion is a bit weird. How would the mythic know which set to complete? Or would it complete any set that's at 3/5? Because that would be overpowered, especially because you forgot to add a downside, which is something all mythics have to some degree.

    The second one is lacking a downside as well.

    And the last one is going to break the game on so many levels. How would the game know when it can allow you to slot more than one mythic? How can all mythics be disabled if this item is a mythic itself. Someone needs to code all of that you know...
    At least it has an actual drawback.

    If I had to make a mythic, let's see...

    Rajhin's Pendant - necklace
    Increases your chance of pickpocketing and forcing locks by 25%
    Increases your movement speed while sneaking or invisible by 100%. Reduces the movement speed penalty of sneak to 0. Reduces the time it takes for you to become "hidden" (does not stack with similar effects).
    Getting caught committing a criminal act increases your bounty and heat by twice the usual amount.

    It's mainly a roleplay and justice interaction thing, but I am sure it has some applications in PvP, but nothing that actually provides offensive power, so it'll be similar to the Wild Hunt ring or Snow-Treaders - annoying in the right hands but ultimately nothing that could change the tide of battle. It also removes the need to be vampire for optimal stealth as it provides similar effects and does not stack with the vampirism boni.
    My idea was that it's a pendant made from a coin that was long enough in Rajhin's pouch to pick up some of his thieving luck which it now grants to its wearer.

    This is absolutely evil. Would there at least be some visual cue on the corpse of someone who has this effect on them? Or is this meant to be roulette, ultimately stopping people from reviving others whether the set is present or not? xD

    Indomitable heart would let you wear 3 full sets and a monster set... essentially making it mandtory to use.

    Constrictive Cincture - Heavy Belt
    Your maximum resistances are increased by 10% while standing still.
    For every second spent moving you gain a stack of restrictive movement for 20 seconds.
    Each stack deals 200 physical damage to you per second and reduces your movement speed by 2%.
    This can stack up to 20 times.

    The Featherstone - Amulet
    You gain (10'000 - physical resistance) health and magicka recovery.
    When you receive damage in combat, gain 7000 armor for 10 seconds.

    The first if it only counted as 1 extra item it wouldn't feel worth using, 2 items would be the only way I can think it be viable.

    Okay I added a downside to the second item, but also tweaked the other numbers to be higher.

    The third has to be equipped first then it lets you equip 2 others after. They all become inactive once any of your bars go below 20% essentially making all 3 into dead slots.

    Kagrenac's Tools (Keening and Sunder) - One Dagger and One Mace (single item)

    - Counts as 2 items for one other set bonuses with less than 5 items.
    - Keening and Sunder take the place of your main hand and your offhand weapons for both your front bar and your backbar.
    - Both Keening and Sunder can be transmuted and enchanted independently from each other, but otherwise count as one item in the inventory.
    - When you kill a creature, fill an empty soul gem.
    - Lose 2412 Max Health
    - Your slottable skills and ultimate abilities can be slotted in any available slot on your ability bar.
    - You gain 1 additional Warfare Champion Point skill slot, but lose one skill slot from both Fitness and Craft.

    - Offensive abilities will drain 50% of their cost equivalent in health but will deal 20% more damage.

    Jewel of the North (Necklace)

    - Increases the damage and resistance of all Frost Related spells by 30% but you take 15% more damage from Fire.

    Not really into the subject, but what about mythical items that need to be developed? Gaining experience with weapons would open up new possibilities. You can also create a chain of quests for such development. And dialogues with weapons... yes, by the way, my axe does not like when I chop rabbits, but it likes when it is watered with honey poison

    When you take damage have a 20% chance to summon a ghosty who heals you for 2000 per second and also deals 1k magic
    damage per second to whomever you're attacking for 10 seconds scaling off your spell damage or idk and its attacks siphon the enemy's run speed by 20% and give it to you, with a 25 second cooldown or something idk who cares I just want a ghosty without playing necromancer he can do nothing for all I care

    Amulet of Shadows - necklace

    Gain invisibility for 3 seconds when you swap weapon bars. Whenever you receive area of effect damage you have a 20% chance of avoiding 100% of the damage.*

    While invisible you cannot sprint and your healing received and health recover are reduced by 100%.

    *This part would calculate per tick so you wouldn't avoid the whole attack by avoiding one of the ticks.

    The Dwemer Siege Bow (Mythic Bow):
    - Your light, medium and heavy bow attacks no longer restore recurses, but instead they cost resources.
    - Your light, medium and heavy bow attacks are 50% slower, including bow projectiles.
    - All your bow attacks deal 50% less damage to players & monsters.
    - Your Bow fully charged heavy attacks take 50% more time to fully charge.
    - Your Bow fully charged heavy attacks can now deal damage to Destructible Structures.

    Notes: Bow model would be as big as possible, without clipping and it would be a Dwemer themed style. The idea is that it is not a "magical" weapon, but rather a pure Dwemer engineering technology. It would be more like a "portable ballista", not meant to be use against living targets, but rather a "bunker - buster" style weapon that is very heavy and cumbersome to use - but it has a punching power & heavy projectiles - so it can deal damage to keep's walls & doors - although minimal and not comparable to what regular siege weapon can do.

    I’d make two rings.

    The Ring of Don’t Go Yet!
    The first would buff your pets and you a wee bit and allow you to only use one slot to call and maintain your pet at all times. You could call your bear or call your sorc pets from just one bar and they wouldn’t disappear when you bar swapped. That’d free up some space for actual skills on one of your bars and make up for pets being made even squishier with less dps come U35.

    The Ring of Choices (aka Magus Extendo)
    The second rings would give you some minor useful generic buffs but limit your to one extended bar with two or three extra slots. On PC you’d assign them a key and on console you could hit block+x, y, or b. Go all out with whatever you’d like or simply slot something for the passive gains of having it slotted.

    - Debuff: Adds a 10% stacking weakness to Fighter's Guild skills under Skilled Tracker and a 15% more poison damage (stacking) at all times.

    TLTR: minor buffs added to the wolf's three slotted major buffs and a unique buff in exchange for a total of 30% weakness to Fighter's Guild skills and 15% weakness to poison in human form 40% weakness in wolf form.

    Very cool idea. The de-buff would make it unusable in PvP, so no one would abuse it, but as for PvE - the "werewolf timer pauses when out of combat" part sounds amazing !

    -35% of the spell damage you receive is returned to the attacker. Does not affect opposing players.
    -Increases martial damage received by 10% and the duration of negative statuses placed on you by 50%.

    for example
    potato dot does 1000 dmg/sec
    cabbage hot does 1000 hp/s
    when blocking you'd get 200 migtation which makes potato do 800/sec and cabbage do 800/sec if YOU cast it

    other than the example leaving the numbers blank as simply put I aint a game balance expert

    Renders you completely undetectable provided you have not taken or dealt any type of damage in the past 10 seconds

    +Gain a large amount of penetration
    *for the greasiest of the gankers that never get caught

    Chastity:

    -reduce all damage and healing done by 75%, cannot apply any CC or debuffs to opponent, cannot apply buffs to allies, cannot interact with objectives in PVP modes
    +reduce damage taken by 75%, cannot be cc'd or debuffed
    *for people who want a spectator mode in IC/Cyrodil or just want to do some harmless trolling

    -Cannot be healed by anyone other than yourself, instant heals are converted to 8 second hots

    *there is room for the tools of a "blood magic" build as long as it comes with a very heavy healing penalty

    The Code

    -Dealing direct damage causes you to lose 3% of your health in oblivion damage
    +Your direct damage attacks deal an additional 3% of your targets health in oblivion damage (up to [number determined by formula])

    *And lastly, a concept for a mythic weapon*

    The wax knife

    -cannot benefit from weapon passives providing bonuses to subtypes (EG twin blade and blunt), 1h melee attack animations and stats, cannot equip an offhand, defaults to 2h passives
    +Can use any weapon skill, passives are determined by most weapon skills slotted, gain x weapon damage per slotted skill of the majority weapon type (would need to be balanced to account for 1h vs 2h stats, passives like TB&B, and loss of any offhand)

    Taking that earlier ring of hircine idea

    What about a mythic item that allows you to stay transformed as a Blood Scion/Bone Goliath/Werewolf permanently while outside of combat, for the Scion and Goliath the timer will still count down from 20 seconds but if you leave combat it stops and will only continue when you enter combat.
