Crash on startup PTS

Hey, i have had tried multiple times to start PTS but i always get an error and a crash. I did send the reports every time. Will there be a hotfix soon?

Also encountering this, I get as far as the sign in screen and it crashes. Tried restarting the computer, no difference.

Do you have addons? This happened to me with addons, did not happen once I turned off addons. No idea if the issue is all addons or some specific addon.

I crashed yesterday and couldn't get back on the pts. It continued today until I verified the pts files, then it let me log on the pts. I played for like 20 minutes before I crashed again and the loop of crashing as soon as I try to log on a character happened again. Both times it started I crashed in the middle of moving really fast.

I have NO addons installed on the PTS.

PTS is just shut down without any error while loading on a character menu.

I found that PTS is using 85% of my CPU even on pregame videos and shut down on them after 4 seconds.

PTS crashes non stop when i have addons enabled. No issue since i disabled them.

For me it does not work no matter if with or without addons. System is Windows 10 64 bit.

Reinstall did work for me. Hopefully this does not happen on live as well...

I cannot get into the PTS either and it crashes on the log in.

if you have an error message like me you will have to reinstall it. just go to the folder where your PTS is installed and throw it in the bin and open the launcher again to reinstall the pts version. this will take some time as you will have to download 80+ gb but at least it works after that...

Today's update didn't fix a problem. Still overloaded CPU and silent crash.

Completely reinstalled the PTS, STILL getting this.
