In what universe is two weeks enough time to balance content changes to every single dungeon and trial in the game? and enemy damage output isn't even going to be touched?

✭I did not personally test it and saw it myself but people have shared screens and they indicate ten percent health reduction across the board. Both bosses and trash mobs.1
