@ZOS_HugoP, my subscription is set to renew on May 4 because I unfortunately setup my subscription before you all posted the message about extending early access. May 4 is 72 hours from May 1. I am waiting patiently, but do you all have systems in place to ensure that you give the extra days before posting the renewal?

They have 72 hours to add the rebate and you have 72 hours left. I think they planned for this situation.
But some, like myself, have accounts that expire before the 72 hrs from 8PM Eastern, last night. In less than 3 hrs, at 12 noon, my account time will be down to 1 day. You mean, one would have to log back in "after" their 30 days has expired to start the 5 day extra?
The initial posting from Matt says these extra days will be sent out within 72 hrs from 8 PM Eastern. The first 30 days expires ~40 hrs after that.

We have similar situations. Firstly, my account will be inactive in 24 hrs. However, while I share your discontent and the bots and campers did in fact initiate my cancelation of the recurring sub a week sooner that I was going to. Just a window and not any other reason to actually wait.Well its not showing on mine and my sub runs out tomorrow.
I'm not renewing either great game but totally ruined by the bots/gold farmers.
