btw what was the argonian one?

Murkmire and a bit of Blackwood. Q4 DLC tend to be as good or better than chapters at this sort of thing. Murkmire even had the books that explain what Keshu the Black Fin is trying to do in Gideon (because it was going to be in the region immediately south of Shadowfen rather than around Lilmoth).

    Telvanni peninsula.

This... they hint at it once or twice during High Isle quests

That doesn't have to mean much. There were hints for Skingrad in Markarth and Blackwood had some leads pointing towards Hammerfell (although some of that could have been pointing towards High Isle). They are definitely setting something up, but that doesn't mean next chapter will be the time.

That every race gets at least one chapter before one gets to go twice is pretty convincing, although that begs the question how the Imperials are going to be handled with Elsweyr and Blackwood both being half-Imperial chapters.

Bosmer need one and with Falinesti there is still a place to explore for the Bosmer. The Redguards also didn't actually get a lore deep dive yet, so I would argue Craglorn doesn't count. Which means the Telvanni Peninsula would be 3 years from now the earliest and I honestly think ZOS needs to iron out a lot of issues before they should tackle an area with such high expectations to it - Morrowind having some of the best writing of the series and eastern Morrowind having little lore to work off of. There is always the option of simply disappointing the fans for them, but I would strongly advise against that.

I think the Redguards should go next, TES6 probably isn't coming out until 2027 anyway, so ZOS will have to release a Hammerfell chapter in that time one way or another. They might pair this with an Imperial half of the chapter involving Skingrad. A Bosmer chapter would be the unexpected choice, but since High Isle we now know ZOS is capable of surprising us, so who knows.

This chapter (High Isle) was the first time I didnt buy an annual expansion for this game, the plot didn't interest me at all and especially the zone. knowing it wasn't even a "cannon" part of the original Tamriel lore just felt shoehorned. With that said, where do you guys think the next area will be? Any guesses or clues? I hope they go back to a more dark and grittier theme again like Greymoor or more mystical theme like Summerset & Morrowind.

Oh High Isle is a canon part of the original Tamriel lore. Just a very very obscure one only mentioned in Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard as the "The Systres" archipelago. ZOS didn't invent it, they are simply the first to actually show it and make lore for it. Fargrave is the only place ZOS completely made up themselves.

Was there an imperial DLC i'm not aware of? Yah ok they got the pvp zone but that's base game not expansion and not pve. I suspect Hammerfell. But imperial and bosmer left after that?

    Blackwood was part Imperial.

It was more Empire than Imperial.

    Soul Cairn.
I'd love to explore the place a bit more and bump into some historic figures. Even new historic figures would be nice since maybe they can explain some things that exist right now in the 2nd Era or perhaps something we know in the 3rd and 4th but our characters still don't know in the 2nd.

I don't know, probably something underwhelming with a feature no one asked for or no one really wants? It's been their motto for a while now...

You mean like a card game that several people in the forum were asking for, even if they actually wanted ZOS to just add TES: Legends into ESO (which would have made no sense)? And that several people in the forum (including myself) were sceptical about before it was released but then discovered that it's a lot of fun when they actually gave it a fair try? :)
