The Final Assault- lighting the braziers bug

I've been trying to light the 4th brazier in the library for at least a half an hour now. The option to light it doesn't show up no matter how low, high, close or far away from the target I am. At least ten others appear to be stuck here as well.

JeriycaSoul ShrivenUpdate: I've seen several people jump to the farthest pillar and do a suicide jump to get close enough to light the brazier. I've been unable to so far.0

jump slightly to the left from the pillar and it works fine.
Unsure if bug or just crude joke

stojekarcub18_ESO✭✭✭✭I put 2 hours into it earlier today....no luck. I came back to give it a few more tries, and nailed it twice...however by this time the other 3 braziers bugged out. Come to find out, had I made it past this room, the very next room is broken. I hope that it gets fixed soon, as I am unable to progress without completing this quest. Sadly, there is no point in continuing next month if I can't even play the game. I hope this gets resolved. I was really enjoying ESO up until this point.0 -

aufischb16_ESO✭✭✭I was not able to do it either. So I thought I would cancel the quest and restart it.
Bad idea!! Now I not even able to get to Vanus, since he is behind a magical door.
To make matters worse; I am also not able to restart "The Citadel must fall" in order to get to Vanus in the first hand.
Stuck forever in Coldharbour, now that I reached Vet-Rank. Great!!!!0 -

Razour✭✭✭I struggled with this over many, many hours of game play. I eventually figured out that what was getting in the way for me is that one of my hands wasn't up to the job (lack of mobility) so for this quest I changed the key binding so that most of the "action" was handled by the hand in which I have greater mobility.
With that change I was able to complete the quest.
Anyways... aufischb16_ESO✭✭✭Thanks to the customer support I was able to retake the quest (they finally moved me right next to Vanus); and after falling to death butt-naked a further three times, I was able to light that last brazier.
