We will be performing maintenance for patch 12.0.1 on the PTS on Monday at 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC).
Necromancer Skills to Rework/Redesign for identity.
Change Venom Skull from a spammable to a 9s dot retaining it's 3rd cast hitting 20% harder rewarding it's time. Make the three skull visuals float around the necromancer similar to Pearlescent ward or Ebon. With a skull flying to the nearest target on the 3s, 6s, 9s marks Would line up into a similar vein of Blastbones. Would it be meta like this? potentially not, but it'd certainly be viable if left in it's current damage profile maybe slightly scaled back (Very slightly) and would help give some visual identity? This skill has seen extremely rare case use that could be interesting.
Edit/Addition:
Ruinous Scythe, reduce the amount of healing based on your health for balance reasons.
Remove the Off blanace proc on third cast
Increase damage to a similar vein of Jabs
Then add a 2nd factor of these two:
1) Cleave damage is reduced similar to jabs
2) Damage dealt to targets applies a Morag Tong like affect increasing their Poison/Disease damage taken.

These posts are to help create discussion for ZoS to see where the community wants changes. We have so many DoT's focused in on specific timers that it makes rotations and unique aspects of builds less consistent, variety is the spice of life so they say. Creativity and unique identity to bring life to classes is desperately needed.
