heres 1, instead of sending entire server to CAMP a low lvl boss in a delve, how about making ppl look for 5 cornflowers in a specific zone?
That would create the same problem. Players hugging fields where they can spawn.
But I do agree with you, the new endeavours are a major hassle. And not fun to do, while taking too much time away from each daily playtime. They take too much time, and send me into too much unknown territory on the characters I am on. At this point the daily endeavours are no longer 'daily' as they require too much of an effort. So much so, that I'd rather they remove the daily endeavours entirely, and give the weekly endeavour more completion options and more seals to compensate for the daily removal. That way I can atleast complete them on my own schedule, instead of taking away so much from my daily playtime every day.

As was said in this thread, there's hardly any danger of endeavours being done by accident just by playing your daily routines these days. They also increased the amount of things we need to do in several cases and kept the rewards at the low level they have been at for a long time.
Endeavors should be fun to do!
Right now, they are a chore for multiple reasons. Some are too specific, others are vague, like kill certain class of mobs, which most of the time is confusing. We had to kill plant creatures, so I discovered that lurchers are not plant creatures, even though they look like a tree, while spriggans are. I also dislike very specific themed endeavors like DB/TG activities, or targeted ones, such as do a Bruma daily.
Refining mats, collecting resources, repairing stuff in Cyro, doing 2-3 dailies is fine. These aren't much fun, but they are quick enough not to derail the player from their routine. It's "play as you want", dear devs! We also like to "play what we want". Options are nice, but don't send us to places we don't really need/want to go. I would like to be able to complete the endeavors without having to leave the zone I am questing/playing in.

That said, rare indeed is the day or week when I'm not able to get 3/5 dailies or 1/3 weeklies. Recently, I've not been impressed/pleased by sending us to specific public dungeons to join a huge crowd waiting for bosses to respawn - competition for kills is not fun at all, either during events or endeavors.

Thats just players being Lazy. Popping around and doing 3 delves is more beneficial anyway.
But no matter what, there will Always be players that look for shortcuts.
You can't blame Zos for that.
I'd much rather have to kill 5 delve bosses in delves of my choosing then have to kill 3 in a zone that doesn't drop anything I need or want.

Last week or so, the three weeklies were ones that I had to completely skip because it was something like:
1.) Do PVP stuff in Cyrodil
2.) Do PVE stufff in Cyrodil
3.) Do Arenas
Not touching any of those, so unfortunately I didn't get the big weekly rewards.
But, I was able to find something to do with the dailies every day, so that was good at least.
