That's what made Everquest such a great game back in the beginning. Yes, it was challenging but learning the game and working together to overcome those challenges gave you such a great feeling of accomplishment at the end. I miss trying to run through a high level zone, the tension and anxiety to make it to the other side alive was so much fun. Doing corpse pulls out of Fear at 2 am in the morning, with all your gear banked because you knew you'd get ganked a few times trying to pull bodies to the zone.
Ahh...those were the days but I was much younger then and had better reflexes and better vision
