For DK DoTs were nerfed, Molten Whip bonus damage nerfed, Templar got a "rework" of Jabs and Burning Light, Necro Intensive Mender nerfed by almost 50%, DoT passive nerfed. Maybe a wash on Necro if Tether ends up being better. Wardens seem to be mixed but there is definitely some negative. We all know what happened to Sorc. NB got out the best by far.

I did see all that. DoTs are hit for everyone though, so that sucks all around. I saw the DK and sweeps stuff. I guess it just didn't jump out at me as a major issue, since both classes are rocking and rolling right now in PVP, and I tend to think PVP first.

Ngl dks and templars got the best of the hybridization changes to be sure, but it's not like nb is weak right now live.
I'd be all for making spectral bow less clunky and easier to land.
You know the funny thing is spectral bow and incap both got cast time beacuse they were deemed too powerful but suprise attack which more stacked now is an instant spammable.

NBs are fine on live but I'm also happy that the reliance on oak and Caluurions might be getting shelved. They are crutches but ZOS created the situation where crutches were needed.

Prior to October I ran heartland and stygian and I could tangle with everyone. Then they eliminated the high TTK era with a tankopolypse. Then it was heartland and mechanical. Then they nuked mechanical and hybridized Caluurions. Both of those sets made it so a tanked up DD could be killed.

What some "top tier" players don't want to acknowledge is you can't eliminate half or more of a opening damage from 2 bar builds and not give another source of damage to make up for it. They also currently have it so elemental weapon breaks stealth.

Of course some of these "top tier" nightblades don't even play stealth blades and they spend their time putting down shadowy cloak players for playing gankers.
I drink and I stream things.

    From the other thread:

It's not as big a deal as you're making it out to be, OP.

It is a big deal for pve.

If all we need dmg of conceiled to be applied on cast instead of on cloak.
Locking this to a gank playstyle ruins both accessibility for non-scumbag dark cloak pvp players as well as any pve magblade trying to do dps.

Has anyone tried this skill out on a dummy yet?

I've been trying it out and it feels incredibly buggy - I can get the auto-Crit from ANY angle or position with respect to the dummy. Even standing straight in front of it works and cycling around it in all 360 degrees. And this is while wearing no armor and with a native Crit Chance of only the base 10%.

    My thoughts regarding NB Spamable:

    1. If it would not received any changes, it would still be fine.
    2. If They change Concealed Weapon to have minor expedition instead of sneak speed - then it beats the live server version of Surprise Attack, even without 2nd part (Weapon & Spell damage when existing stealth).
    3. If Concealed Weapon is going to be buffed, then Surprise Attack also needs something in order to have same power level.
    4. I would much rather "trade" the Veiled Strike buff for a Consuming Darkness buff, because that ability needs it more.

the SA change is good for stamblade , but still people told us dragon fights in SS not count as flanking...so will see ...
Also I was told SA is still lower than jabs even after the buff

I mean, you're literally standing in front of the dragon, and the flanking CP doesn't work so I don't know why people expect to be flanking from directly in front.
