    Its definitely related to the Prime perk.
    Was able to login earlier just fine to claim mine, but that was before it was announced through the website.

    Nah, the moment they announced the Prime package through the launcher, social media and website. Crash.

    Yeah, got the "It's not you, it's me" error (500).
    Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!
