Scavenging demise won't proc on melee

I cannot proc scavenging demise on dual wield despite many poison crits , however it works fine on bow.

It works on your bow because lethal arrow / venom arrow / acid spray / toxic barrage deal poison damageFixed an issue where many enchantments, poisons, and item sets were not properly labeled as procs.

What about venomous smite? It's not proccing maw either. I have plenty of poison damage. If (according to the set) poison damage crits are never proccing it then its bugged. Whats it matter if a proc is giving you the damage anyway? I am meeting the requirements.
This needs to be clarified if there are 2 different versions, ability poison and other sources, or fix this because as it stands to any layman this set is broken.

Ipsius✭✭✭✭Procs can't proc procs. Enchantments can't proc procs.
Poison damaging skills and crit tics from any dots they apply will proc scavenging demise.0
