Hey all. So....ticket is 220620-002225. Situation/things I've tried:
Not sure what else to try at this point. The goal is to buy the base game as it's on sale so we can play during times when steam gets flaky. Thank you.
- Wife is unable to remember her elderscrollsonline.com password
- We play via steam, so we can still play just fine
- We've tried to reset password/forgot username, and we never get an email from the system
- We've tried to create the account, but we get a message saying that email is in use
- We tried contacting support (as the ticket suggests) using my account, but the response was "she has to open the ticket"
- She can't open a ticket because she can't log in.
Not sure what else to try at this point. The goal is to buy the base game as it's on sale so we can play during times when steam gets flaky. Thank you.
