Does the High Isle CE Upgrade include previous DLC's (PS4/PS5)?
Hello All
I'm a returning player...away for about 7-8 months and getting the High Isle but I didn't do Blackwood or Greymore. Was going to wait later but I see one version saying all the past DLC included....guess has base game included. But the CE Upgrade doesn't exactly say it but there is a line...Legacy of the Bretons...it states, "....uncover the epic storytelling experience told across three DLC's and the High Isle Chapter"...is that Blackwood, Greymore and ???

✭✭No, upgrades only have the new chapter. You will need to get the full game or have eso plus to access other chapters if you dont already have themSoupy twist0 -
