No! It is not! Have you played any other games??? There is nothing great about it. It has the potential to be great, but it has had that potential since the beginning of beta, or actually, since the beginning of development. The game is a fail on so many levels. It's incomplete, released early and unfinished due to greed. This is what Bethesda does. Take Morrowind, awesome game, so full of content and playability. Then oblivon, not so good, released with lots of the features we loved from morrowind missing. Then Skyrim.... yeah Skyrim, if it wasn't for the modding community, it would be the most disappointing ES game yet. So I was hardly surprised when Bethesda released ESO unfinished, un-polished and incomplete. It's their track record now.
This game was released on the strength that it was eagerly anticipated. Note the lack of a free trial at release? That's because they knew it was a bug ridden lag infest stack of brown stuff that should never have left beta, but they didn't care about that, they cared about money. If I had played a free trial then I, like many others, would have had serious doubts about paying for it. People who had not participated in beta had no choice but to buy the game. People who were true blue elder scrolls fans who have stayed faithful to the series despite it's many shortcomings sometimes. They have been cheated! £40 - £60 for this? I actually feel robbed. I work hard for my money! Was it too much to expect Bethesda and Zenimax to work hard for my money too by supplying me with something worth the expense?
As to the OP, I am undecided as to whether I will continue to sub. I don't want to, but I do believe the game could be great. That is the strength of my loyalty to the elder scrolls series. It seems it is asking too much to have that loyalty returned and repaid though if this is the best offering that they could give.

to everyone who leaves the game send your stuff and Gold to @Grischu65 so it will be used and honored.

It seems to me that the crying comes from the people like you. Hasn't it ever occured to you that perhaps ZeniMax would be interested to know the reasons people abandon the game? Maybe they could use this information to improve the game.
The forums are not the proper place to give this supposed feedback. Thats why these kind of threads are not allowed. Once the mods wake up it'll be locked.
The first month of ESO is nearly ended, so is with our included game time. I guess it is a good time to give some feedback to ZOS and maybe a chance for ZOS to collect their action and change our mind to maintain.
Firstly, I love the game, maybe simply because I am TES fan. However the following issues make me have the urge to leave the game.
1. Unplanned server down time, ESPECIALLY the lack of information/communication for the reason of downtime. Unplanned server down time is understandable, however not acceptable for a customer to pay for their consequences. As a customer, we are here to enjoy their service instead of sucking up their mess, which is not our obligation to do so. They have to compensate all the unplanned down time to us customers, however, ZOS don't give a damn about it till now.
2. Unconcern about their EU customer. As EU customer, it hits me hard. Hard enough to think about leaving the game. We got worse lags, we got patches during holidays(in most EU countries) and so on.
3. Lack of communication with their customer and necessary information provided. A lot of problems could be simply avoid by providing enough information and communication with/to their customers, however they simply neglected it. It feels like their customer service is a joke. No offence, their CS teem need a good training program.
Those are the main issues which affect me most. What are yours? How many bitter fruit you could swallow until you could not stand any more?
After they have written their own story why unsubscribing.
I care about this game, which is why I will stick through my 3 month subscription. But....I WILL NOT accept the EU servers being in the middle of a *** desert in Texas for 3 months. If they are not moved to the proper place (Frankfurt, DE) by the end of 3 months, I am gone. I have 160 ms latency during non prime time to TX, and over 400 during peak times. During prime time AND non prime time to Frankfurt, DE I have 14-25 ms lag. This isn't rocket science.

This seems like a fair complaint. If I were in Europe I'd feel the same way. I would think their intent would be to move this overseas and the reason it's in the US is so testing can continue until things are a little more smoothed out. I guess we will have to see or ask for an official response, to which Euro players should be entitled to recieve.

They told everyone far in advance the EU server would start out in the US and end up in the EU at a later date.
In recognition of this experience and to show our gratitude to everyone who supported the launch, we are giving an additional five days of included game time to every ESO player who set up an active account prior to 8pm EDT Thursday May 1st and who are currently enjoying their 30 days of included game time.

Beyond that many things pushed me towards quitting from the start like - Duping which happens even now, multi-box teleporting bots, attribute soft caps, too much linearity, skill unresponsiveness etc.
The game, as beautiful as it is, is just not for me. Not so much because of bugs (I know these will be fixed eventually) but mostly because of design decisions.
