Multiple Warden skills have been in a weird place for a long time. ZOS have made significant changes to other classes when skills have gone largely unused by the playerbase, so I have no doubt it's coming for Wardens eventually. The wait is painful though. Until then Frost Warden will remain my weirdly fun solo class, making use of sets like Frozen Watcher coupled with Iceheart, casting Gripping Shards (and Northern Storm if needed), then blocking until everything freezes to death. Absurdly fun in solo content, but I'd never dare take that class fantasy build into any group contentWould be great to have a more viable Frost DPS build one day ZOS...
In case it ends up not being possible after all, despite a significant attempt and time investment on their part. Until you're 100% sure it will happen, don't promise something will happen.Darkstorne wrote: »I can only assume the lack of meaningful changes (and scarcity of Wardens popping up in the patch notes in general) is because they have bigger plans in the pipeline. It very much might be the case, I just wish they'd at least say that. It shouldn't be this difficult to let us know they're working on something. What's the benefit of keeping such a thing secret?

Zos has the "No need to report anything until there is something to report" Mentality. I understand the Mentality. But it still sucks that Zos has addressed basically every feedback except Warden.
The little bit of Hopium in me says their waiting till next week so that Warden can be the focus, like how this week DK was the focus.
But it's a wait and see. Just like it's always been
