Lol...I do get it now, I did spend almost a whole day trying to deal with support trying to get my issue fixed. Thank you for making me laugh and to forget all that horrible time I spent receiving silly responses, kind of funny when you take a minute to think about it a month later.
I try. It's the only thing keeping me sane at this point ... well that and the bottle of scotch I drank today waiting for a useful response. Think they'd reimburse me for that? File it under emotional trauma or something?
Everyone gets mad when I talk about real game issues over bots and seems like people are getting screwed because they are trying to battle them...but is it really that hard to help the people caught in the middle. I feel for you guys and hope you get issues resolved soon. Don't get me wrong I hate bots also...but nobody should suffer for anything over 2hrs without help from customer support to fix their situation and then throw them a 200 gold shekels for their problems and people would probably be praising you for banning bots, but to be out for days without help just doesn't cut it and only makes people angry. (even if they aren't out now but was victim of this antiquated report/ban system in the past)
