SET AccessibilityMode "0" kinda says that it should be off, right.

I managed to fix it by doing the following:
ESC -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Accessibility Mode OFF -> Gameplay -> Gamepad Mode OFF

For some reason exiting the PTS client restarts my windows explorer (closing task bar and every explorer window, restoring only the task bar). Accessibility mode is not enabled. Multithreaded rendering is not enabled.
Everything is OK on Live.

I'm stalled in the main quest progress, when, after meeting Ayreen, I'd have to go and search for Emeric.
This king I cannot find, instead I'm advised to go speak with Ayreen (again? or what?), but she is nowhere to be found.
