The last two event drop rates have been absolutely abhorrent.

Honestly, this event just seems to be log in - eat cake - collect tickets - craft writs - open boxes - swapsie in guild - log out. I'm not going to even try to suggest this is fun, but I wouldn't call it painful.1 -

Right, that was Jester, and the Second Seed pages. We're talking about the Anniversary Saberkeel style pages. Which you can only get one of per day.

The drop rate needs to be FIXED!1 -
Most of these event styles, in a few days people will be trading or selling them for dirt. Most past events several of my guilds end up just giving away all the extras as do people in general chat for free.
The desire to get them in the first few days may be strong, but i can imagine this set will be any different.0 -

Guess few do Maw of Lorkhaj now day but it might be an idea for an guild to get gold and its an fun trial.
Remember buying the body for 20 K gold something back after Morrowind.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

That isn't true, anymore. With low event drop rates pages go for 100k gold or more.
Second Seed pages just during the Jester were hitting 120k gold.
I imagine Saberkeel will be MUCH worse.

Lalothen✭✭✭✭✭Three days in, 3 saberkeel style pages - also a tonne of valuable crafting materials and a bunch of furniture recipes & motifs I haven't collected before on my main collection character, as well as more recipes & motifs to give away and sell. My only gripe is I'm getting so many firepot spider pieces I have no clue what the hell I'm going to do with them. At least they stack so they can all be put in guild banks without taking up all the bank space I guess, so people who miss the event can at least grab a set and make their little spider pet next time the Impresario's around.
That aside, you can get 39 tickets for just logging in and eating cake; that's enough for every style page with 4 tickets left over for the next event, assuming a player gets so unlucky they don't get a single style page over the 13 days (possible but highly unlikely). Other stuff at the Impresario - like the 2 fragments for the new mount - will be there for future events; they don't have to be obtained right away.
There's another 10 days to go, and you don't HAVE to "grind" boxes to obtain most, if not all, of the available rewards. You can either make a chore of this event and get all salty, or you can treat the boxes as bonus rewards during your typical ESO gaming session. Maybe chill out and try approaching the event differently, before mouthing off about drop rates and demanding things change to cater to your expectations?2 -

You literally have to. I've opened 20 - 40 boxes a day and only got one page.
Two Griffon pieces = 20 tickets
Pet instructions = 5 tickets
All the Saberkeel Pages = 35 tickets.

You literally need to grind boxes to lower the cost if you want the Saberkeel style. (Which a lot of people do.)
They're doing this one page a day with 0.75% drop rate crap so people will buy more tickets with crowns.

I've gotten lucky so far and gotten a page every day, different ones. But like a few others posting here I'm doing 126 boxes a day, so it's not too surprising. However I've gotten about 110 Spider parts so far, and if this keeps up I'll have like 400-450 by the end of the event. - It is not guaranteed to drop each day.
- It might be in the first coffer you open, or the 100th coffer; it's just random.
- It does not have a cooldown; I got a page 10 minutes before daily reset, then got another page after reset, about an hour and a half later after the other page (but sadly it was one I'd already gotten on a previous day).Edited by SeaGtGruff on April 10, 2022 7:39AMI've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0
